    Hey,

I want to start my son on solid food (lunch) but am worried what to give him! Just wondered if anyone has any ideas? I want to make my own food for him as i've bought a baby blender! So cute.

Any suggestions would be great. Thanks

    Hi Gem,
Just noticed your post. I used to cook and blend all my own meals, to start with i'd lightly cook a variety of vegetables in different combinations (not salted)and then blend them to the consistancy i needed by slowly adding the liquid they were cooked in. If you ever need to use ready prepared for any reason, i can recommend the Babylicious range (Check website for info and stores that stock it) they are nutricious and tasty, as good as homemade. Wish they did an adult range !!!!!!! Hope this has been of any help Smile
